Remove the upper shock retaining nut; you will not need it any longer, and put in the solenoid support. Secure it well. Use locking ties to secure the frame and power cable.

After installation is done, testing winch solenoid is a must by engaging the controls from both inside and outside of your ATV. Check that the cable retracts smoothly, without any erratic movement or jerking motions which could indicate an issue with installation or alignment.
